The Chief of Staff acts as a force-multiplier for President - Strategy, managing coordination, stakeholder alignment, and decision support across four business units and key new initiatives. The role blends operational connective work with sharp analysis and end-to-end project ownership.

Roles and responsibilities

• Run meeting and follow-through discipline: minutes, action capture, agendas, pre-reads, and follow-up loops
• Align stakeholders across functions, surface friction early, and keep cross-functional work moving
• Own priority projects end-to-end on behalf of the principal, from scoping through delivery
• Produce sharp analyses, business cases, and briefing documents grounded in data for leadership decisions
• Maintain a live project register, initiative dashboards, and milestone trackers; flag at-risk items proactively
• Draft memos, presentations, and correspondence in the principal's voice without AI-smell or corporate filler
• Step into execution gaps and lead special one-off initiatives as they arise

Must haves

• 4-7 years in strategy consulting, business operations, or high-bandwidth generalist role
• Strong people skills: ability to work with diverse individuals, read what each needs, and bring them along
• High discretion and trustworthiness with sensitive commercial, people, and strategic information
• Deeply analytical: can read a P&L, funnel, or operations dataset and extract key insights independently
• Has owned a complex, multi-stakeholder project end-to-end as the person responsible for delivery
• AI-native: uses AI tools as a genuine productivity layer across research, drafting, and synthesis
• Strong writer: clear, direct, audience-served across internal memos and board-level decks
• Comfortable doing both basic operational work and high-level strategic analysis without hierarchy bias

Should haves

• Understanding of channels, unit economics, and why some initiatives compound and others don't
• Professional pedigree in top-tier strategy consulting, business operations, or fast-scaling growth roles
• High emotional intelligence and exceptional people skills to independently align cross-functional leaders
• Complete baseline fluency utilizing AI tools as a core personal productivity and synthesis layer
