Agreement

These terms govern your use of Talent Graph OS, operated by Akshay Kumar as a sole operator based in India. By creating a profile or using the platform, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Who can use the platform

You must be at least 18 years old and located in India. The platform is not currently open to candidates elsewhere.

What Talent Graph OS is

Talent Graph OS is an AI-run placement service. We work with a small number of employers on live mandates. We build an understanding of your background through a conversation with Leo, our candidate agent, and when a live role matches your profile, we invite you to it.

What Talent Graph OS is not

We are not a job board. We are not a marketplace. We are not an employment agency that guarantees you a placement.

We do not guarantee that you will receive an invitation, an interview, or an offer of employment. Whether any role matches your profile depends on the mandates we happen to be working on at the time, and there may be periods when nothing matches you at all.

Nothing on this platform is an offer of employment. Employers make their own hiring decisions, on their own terms, and we do not control them.

How assessments and matching work

If you accept an invitation to a role, you may be asked to complete one focused evaluation for that role. Assessments and matching are carried out with AI assistance. A human operator reviews shortlists before they are shared with an employer.

We decide which candidates appear on a shortlist and in what order. We may decline to put a candidate forward.

Your obligations

You agree to:

• Give us accurate information about yourself, your experience, and your qualifications.
• Complete any assessment yourself, as your own work, without assistance from another person or from an AI tool.
• Not impersonate anyone, and not create a profile on behalf of someone else.
• Not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

If you give us false information or submit work that is not your own, we may remove you from a shortlist and close your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of your CV and everything else you give us. By using the platform, you give us permission to use that material to operate the service: to build your profile, to evaluate you, to match you to roles, and to present you to an employer if you accept an invitation and choose to proceed.

The platform itself, including its software, design, and the agents Leo, Maya, and Raghu, remains ours.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time by writing to hello@talentgraphos.com. We will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if we suspect fraud or misrepresentation, or if we stop operating the service.

No warranties

The platform is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that it will produce any particular outcome for you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including any loss of opportunity, income, or employment. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will tell you by email. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
