Who we are

Talent Graph OS is operated by Akshay Kumar, as a sole operator based in India. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Akshay Kumar is the Data Fiduciary responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

You can reach us about anything in this policy, including any request or complaint, at hello@talentgraphos.com. Our registered address is available on request by email.

Who this policy is for

Talent Graph OS is currently available to candidates in India only. It is not intended for anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a person under 18 has given us their data, write to us and we will delete it.

What we collect

When you create a profile and speak with Leo, our candidate agent, we collect:

• Your name and email address.
• Your CV or resume, and the information contained in it. This includes your employment history, education, skills, and any other details you have chosen to include.
• Your conversations with Leo.
• The roles you are looking for, your preferences, and your compensation expectations.
• Your answers to any assessment you choose to complete, and the scores produced from them.
• Basic information about how you use the platform, such as when you log in.

We collect this because it is what the service is. We cannot put you forward for a role we understand nothing about.

Why we use it

We use your data to build your profile, to match you against live mandates from the employers we work with, to invite you to roles that fit, to evaluate the assessments you choose to complete, and to present you to an employer on a shortlist if you accept an invitation and choose to proceed.

We also use it to send you service messages, such as sign-in links and invitations.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Your consent

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you create a profile and use the platform. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to hello@talentgraphos.com. If you withdraw consent, we will delete your data and you will no longer be able to use the platform.

How we use AI, and what that means for your data

Talent Graph OS is built on AI. This matters for your privacy, so we want to be plain about it.

The contents of your CV and your conversations with Leo are sent to Anthropic, which provides the AI models we use. This happens when Leo talks with you, when your profile is matched against a role, and when an assessment you have completed is evaluated. Anthropic processes this data outside India.

Assessments are evaluated with AI assistance. A human operator reviews shortlists before they are shared with an employer.

If you are not comfortable with your CV and conversations being processed by an AI provider outside India, please do not use the platform.

Who else processes your data

We use a small number of service providers to run the platform. Each of them processes your data only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase stores your profile, your CV, your assessment data, and your login credentials. Our database is hosted in India.
• Anthropic provides the AI models behind Leo, our intake agent, our evaluation engine, and our matching. As described above, this processing happens outside India.
• Vercel hosts the application.
• Resend sends our emails, including sign-in links and invitations.
• Cloudflare manages our domain and email routing.
• Inngest runs background jobs, such as matching and sending invitations.
• Serper powers Leo's search of public job boards when you ask him to look for roles outside our network.

Where your data is stored

Your profile, CV, and assessment data are stored in India. As set out above, some processing, in particular by our AI provider, happens outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep your profile, CV, and assessment data for 365 days from your last activity on the platform. After that we delete it.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner, at any time, by writing to hello@talentgraphos.com.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update it if it is wrong or incomplete.
• Have it erased.
• Withdraw your consent.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.
• Raise a grievance with us.

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@talentgraphos.com. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

We protect your data with access controls, encryption in transit, and row-level security on our database, so that your records are accessible only to you and to the operator. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise, but we take this seriously and we will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will tell you by email.
