The Creative Lead will build and run Client's in-house content studio end-to-end, physical space, team, production process, and an AI production engine, for a 6,000+ SKU catalogue. The role is a production-and-systems position with a creative backbone, focused on throughput, consistency, and persona-appropriate content at scale.

Roles and responsibilities

• Build the in-house content studio: physical production space, equipment, team structure, and workflow from brief to delivery
• Design and implement an AI-assisted production engine for copy, image, and structured-data work across 6,000+ SKUs
• Build a persona model defining distinct content needs for architects (technical specification) and homeowners (aspirational, decision-supporting)
• Map the full catalogue for content gaps and quality shortfalls; sequence remediation by business priority
• Raise quality of existing catalogue, data sheets, spec sheets, and product information to a consistent branded standard
• Produce trade collateral: architect references, dealer presenters, installation and specification guides, experience-centre material
• Establish style guides, template libraries, and review processes to hold quality across all producers
• Lead the in-house team of 10-12 and manage external photography studios, video production, freelancers, and AI tools
• Set throughput targets and track metrics: SKUs with complete content, sheets produced, assets delivered on time

Must haves

• Has built and run a production studio or workflow at scale, not just concept and direction
• Studio-build experience: set up or substantially scaled a production operation (space, team, process)
• Catalogue-scale experience producing content across a large physical SKU catalogue
• Persona fluency: ability to build genuinely different content for a technical specifier and an emotional end buyer
• AI-tool fluency: actively used AI tools in production and can build a production engine around them
• Information-architecture sense: treats product information as structured data, not just copy
• Production operations competency: throughput metrics, briefs, review cycles, vendor management
• Team leadership: has led a creative or content team of meaningful size and lifted its standard
• Strong visual eye for photography, typography, and layout; can brief external studios with specificity

Should haves

• Extended experience managing high-volume, asset-heavy physical SKU product catalogs
• Comfort managing an in-house team of 10-12 along with external freelancer networks
• Information-architecture sense that treats extensive product parameters as accurate structured data
